摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环模式用于妇科护理临床带教中的价值和临床效果。方法选择2017年10月-2019年3月该院妇科60名实习护生作为该次研究对象,随机将其分为两组,对照组和研究组分别有护生30名,对照组护生采取常规带教方法教学,研究组护生采取PDCA循环模式教学,对比两组护生的实习成绩与带教满意度。结果研究组护生的理论知识成绩和实践操作成绩均要明显比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组护生的带教满意度是96.67%,对照组护生的带教满意度是76.67%,两组护生的带教满意度对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环模式用于妇科护理临床带教中具有显著价值和临床效果,可明显提高护生的实习成绩与带教满意度,值得大范围推广。
Objective To explore the value and clinical effect of PDCA circulation model in clinical teaching of gynecological nursing. Methods From October 2017 to March 2019, 60 internship gynecologists in the hospital were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into two groups. There were 30 nursing students in the control group and study group respectively, and nursing students in the control group with conventional teaching method. The nursing students of the research group adopted the PDCA cycle mode to compare the internship results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students. Results The theoretical knowledge scores and practical performance scores of the nursing students in the research group 96.67% were significantly higher than those in the control group 76.67%(P<0.05), there was a statistical difference in the satisfaction of teaching between two groups of nursing students(P<0.05). Conclusion The PDCA cycle model has significant value and clinical effect in the clinical teaching of gynecological nursing, which can significantly improve the practice performance and teaching satisfaction of nursing students, and is worthy of widespread promotion.
