摘要
目的建立蒙药如达-11味丸的薄层色谱鉴别方法,以提高定性质量控制标准。方法用薄层色谱法对蒙药如达-11味丸处方中红花、木香、甘草药材进行定性鉴别。结果薄层色谱法检出红花、木香、甘草的相应的主成分斑点,且斑点清晰,特征性好,阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法简便可靠,重现性良好,可用作蒙药如达-11味丸的定性质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a TLC method for the identification of Mongolian medicine Ruda-11 pills.Methods TLC method was used to qualitatively identify safflower,radix aucklandiae and liquorice in Mongolian medicine Ruda-11 pills.Results The main spots of safflower,radix aucklandiae and liquorice were detected by TLC.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and reproducible.It can be used as the quality control standard for Mongolian medicine Ruda-11 pills.
