摘要
随着国家轨道交通事业的迅速发展,铁路维修业务不断增多,铁路物资积累日趋丰富,鉴于自身发展的需求,文章提出在检修流程、任务派发、人员管理、物资使用、维修管理、物品存放、安全监测、循环利用等环节,都需要采用更加现代化的管理模式。通过对机车设备检修流程信息化的实现,进行检修产品全生命周期的管理,以及检修产品故障原因的总结和分析,提高检修管理和实施的效率,最终形成一个安全、稳定、高效、协同的精细化管理模式。
With the rapid development of national rail transportation,the railway maintenance business is increasing,and the accumulation of railway materials is becoming more and more abundant.In view of the needs of its own development,this paper need to adopt a more modern management model for maintenance process,task dispatch,personnel management,material use,maintenance management,goods storage,safety monitoring,recycling and other links.Through the realization of the information system of the locomotive maintenance process,the management of the whole life cycle of the maintenance products and the summary and analysis of the reasons for the maintenance of the products,the efficiency of the maintenance management and implementation is improved,and a safe,stable,efficient and synergistic management model is finally formed.
