摘要
静态电荷量标准采用精密程控电压源和精密电容器输出高准确度静态电荷量,利用电压负反馈进行自动调整,克服负载电容和输出电压对输出电荷量的影响,实现静态电荷量的稳恒输出,可方便地检定静电计和电荷放大器。该静态标准电荷源的稳恒特性比传统的电荷源提高了5个数量级。该标准源静态电荷量Q x范围为200 pC^2μC;允许误差为0.1%Q x+0.1 pC;等效源内电容为10-15 F。
Static charge standard source use precision programmable voltage source and precision capacitor to produce high-precision static charge output,use negative feedback voltage automatically adjust to overcome the load capacitance and output voltage impact on the output charge amount to achieve the steady-constant output static charge,which is easy to verify the electrometers and charge amplifiers.The steady-state of this quasi-standard charge source has increased by 5 orders of magnitude over the traditional charge source.The static charge range of the standard source is 200 pC^2μC,permissible error is 0.1%Q x+0.1 pC,and equivalent source capacitor is 10-15 F.
