摘要
为明确不同灌溉水源的磁化处理对生菜生长、品质及水分利用效率的影响,以意大利生菜为试验品种,采用随机区组设计,设置磁化和灌溉水源2个因素,在日光温室条件下进行磁化处理和未磁化处理(对照)的淡水、再生水和微咸水(矿化度2.46g·L-1)灌溉的盆栽试验。结果表明:不同灌溉水经磁化处理后,pH和溶解氧含量显著提高,对电导率影响不显著,淡水、再生水和微咸水的pH分别提高7.06%、5.70%和6.61%,溶解氧含量分别提高11.03%、9.85%和10.29%。不同灌溉水源条件下加磁灌溉效果不同,淡水和再生水加磁灌溉促进生菜生长,显著提高生菜株高和株幅。淡水加磁灌溉的生菜地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重和水分利用效率较对照分别显著提高9.75%、14.85%和12.04%;再生水加磁灌溉的生菜地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重和水分利用效率较对照分别显著提高7.47%、15.62%和9.16%;但微咸水加磁灌溉的生菜地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重和水分利用效率较对照无显著差异。在所有处理中,淡水加磁灌溉的生菜地上部鲜重和水分利用效率均最高。而且不同灌溉水源加磁灌溉下,改善生菜品质,提高了可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和维生素C含量,淡水和再生水加磁灌溉对生菜生长品质和水分利用效率的效果优于微咸水加磁灌溉。整体来看,淡水加磁灌溉处理下,生菜生长和品质最优。该研究结果为磁化水在农业节水方面的发展提供一定的理论依据。
In order to determine the effects of magnetization on lettuce growth,quality and water use efficiency of different irrigation water sources,Italian lettuce was used as the test variety,apot experimentofmagnetized and unmagnetized(control)fresh water,reclaimed water and brackish water(salinity 2.46g·L-1)irrigationwas conductedunder the condition of solar greenhousewith random block design and two factors of magnetization and irrigation water source.The results showed that,the pH and dissolved oxygen content in water increased significantly after magnetic treatment,and the effect on conductivity was not significant.The pH values of fresh water,reclaimed water and brackish water increased by 7.06%,5.70%and 6.61%,respectively,and the dissolved oxygen content increased by 11.03%,9.85%and 10.29%,respectively.The effect of magnetic treatment irrigation was different under different irrigation water source conditions.Magnetic treatmentirrigation of fresh water and reclaimed water promoted lettuce growth,andsignificantly increasedthe plant height and plant width of lettuce.Compared with the control,the aboveground fresh weight,rootfresh weightand water use efficiency of lettuce under magnetically treated fresh water were significantly increased by 9.75%,14.85%and 12.04%,respectively.Theabovegroundfresh weight,root fresh weight and water use efficiency of lettuce under magnetically treated reclaimed water were increased by 7.47%,15.62%and 9.40%,respectively However,there was no significant difference in the aboveground fresh weight,root fresh weight and water use efficiency of lettuce betweentheirrigation of magnetically treated brackish waterand control.Among all the treatments,lettuce aboveground fresh weight of fresh water with magnetic treatmentirrigation was the highest,and with the highest of water use efficiency.Moreover,the quality of lettuce,such as soluble protein,soluble sugar and vitamin C contentswas improved by magnetic irrigation with different irrigation water sources.The effect of magnetic treatment irrigation with fresh water and reclaimed water on lettuce growth,quality and water use efficiencywas better than that with brackish water.Overall,it showed the best growth and quality of lettuceunder magnetically treated fresh waterirrigation.The results provide a theoretical basis for the development of magnetized water in agricultural water-saving.
