摘要
万家口子水电站碾压混凝土双曲拱坝坝高167.5m,拱坝水推力达269.58×10^4t,对材料性能、坝体填筑质量和温控防裂要求高,从碾压混凝土配合比、高效减水剂、人工掺石粉三方面研究提高碾压混凝土拌合物性能的技术措施,采用特征参数控制理论改进配合比设计方法、采用聚羧酸超高性能减水剂、人工磨粉掺粉技术,彻底解决拌合物工作性问题,确保碾压混凝土强度、变形、抗渗、抗冻等指标满足设计要求,提高碾压混凝土筑坝水平。
The RCC Double Curvature Arch Dam of Wanjiakouzi hydropower station has a height of 167.5m and a hydraulic thrust of 269.58×10^4t.It has high requirements for material performance,dam filling quality,temperature control and crack prevention.The technical measures to improve the performance of RCC mixture are studied from three aspects:RCC mixture ratio,superplasticizer and artificial stone powder.The characteristic parameter control theory is used to improve the mixture design method,polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer and artificial grinding powder mixing technology are used to thoroughly solve the workability problems of the mixture.This method ensures that the strength,deformation,impermeability and frost resistance of RCC meet the design requirements,and improves the level of RCC dam construction.
