摘要
意识障碍类型多样,致病机制复杂,实验研究和临床治疗尤为重要。医学研究常借助于动物模型以突破以人作为实验对象的局限性,为诊断和治疗疾病提供依据。因此,选择合适的动物模型将有助于实验研究的进行。文章综述了国内外常用的意识障碍动物模型的建模方法和模型评价。
Experimental research and clinical treatment are particularly important for disturbance of consciousness because of its various types and complex pathogenesis.Animal models are often used in medical research to break through the limitations of using humans as the experimental subjects and provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Therefore,the selection of appropriate animal models will be helpful for the experimental research.This paper reviews the methods of modeling and evaluation of animal models of conscious disturbance.
