超声辅助提取茶叶中高效氯氟氰菊酯的富集条件优化 被引量:4

摘要 拟除虫菊酯在体内积蓄会对人体神经和皮肤产生危害,甚至会产生突变,引起出生缺陷及癌症。高效氯氟氰菊酯是一类典型菊酯类杀虫剂,在食品中的残留量已经引起公众的普遍关注。本文将超声提取前处理技术与高效液相色谱技术相结合,建立用于检测茶叶中高效氯氟氰菊酯的残留。最佳超声条件为:料液比1∶10(g/mL)、超声功率80 kHz、超声时间40 min、超声温度20℃。结果表明:高效氯氟氰菊酯在1~100μg/L质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.99716,定量限和检出限分别为1μg/L和0.2μg/L。采用空白基质匹配标准溶液的方法进行标准校正,高效氯氟氰菊酯的平均回收率在76%~103%之间,相对标准偏差小于3.853%。 Pyrethroid accumulation in body will cause harm to human nerves and skin,and even mutation,resulting in birth defects and cancer.λ-Cyhalothrin is a typical pyrethroid insecticide,and the residue in food has attracted widespread public attention.An analytical method was established for the determination ofλ-cyhalothrin residues in tea by high performance liquid chromatography.The chromatographic conditions was chosen Inertsil ODS-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,4.6μm),chromatographic column using water(1%formic acid)-methanol(15∶85,V/V)as mobile phases,detection wavelength was 210 nm and velocity was 0.5 mL/min.The optimum ultrasonic conditions are as follows:the ratio of material to liquid is 1∶10(g/mL),the ultrasonic power is 80 kHz,the ultrasonic time is 40 min,and the ultrasonic temperature is 20℃.The results showed that the linear range ofλ-cyhalothrin was 1~100μg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0.9998.The average recoveries ranged from 76%to 103%with relative standard deviation less than 3.853%,the LOD and LOQ were 0.2μg/L and 1μg/L,respectively.
