摘要
目前某炼厂循环水系统水泵年耗电量约为1460万度,属于全厂耗电大户之一。为积极响应国家提出的加快建设"节约型社会"的要求和降低企业成本为目的,计划采用循环水系统优化节能技术,降低系统整体能耗。结果表明:通过对降低冷却塔出水温度、合理控制循环水流量保证在实现系统节能的同时,增强换热效果;采用高压变频技术,改变水泵转速,使水泵供出的流量和系统需要的流量相匹配,达到降低能耗的目的;因此,从系统运行的效果和能耗的合理性来分析循环水厂优化是可行的。
At present,Refinery circulating water system water pump annual electricity consumption is about 14.6 million degrees,which is one of the major power consumers in the whole plant.In order to respond positively to the country’s request to accelerate the constr uction of a "Economical society " and reduce the cost of enterprises,it is planned to use the circulating water system to optimize energy-saving technologies and reduce the overall energy consumption of the system.The results show that by reducing the water temperature of the cooling tower and controlling the circulating water flow reasonably,the heat transfer effect can be enhanced while the system is energy-saving.The high-pressure frequency conversion technology is used to change the pump speed,and make the pump supply flow and system need.The flow rate is matched to achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption;therefore,it is feasible to analyze the performance of the circulating water plant from the effect of system operation and the rationality of energy consumption.
