摘要
目的探讨青光眼患者接受综合护理对其遵医行为的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2019年7月我院收治的106例青光眼患者,将其随机分为两组,每组53例。常规护理组给予常规护理干预,综合护理干预组在常规护理组的基础上开展综合护理干预。比较两组满意度;青光眼治疗定期复查遵医率、服药遵医率、自我保健遵医率;护理前后SAS评分、QOL评分、视野平均缺损程度、眼压监测值、视力;不良反应发生率。结果综合护理干预组满意度、SAS评分、QOL评分、视野平均缺损程度、眼压监测值、视力、青光眼治疗定期复查遵医率、服药遵医率、自我保健遵医率、不良反应发生率较常规护理组更具有优势(P<0.05)。结论青光眼患者实施综合护理干预效果确切,可提高患者的定期复查遵医率、服药遵医率、自我保健遵医率,改善患者的眼压和视力,减轻其心理障碍并改善生存的质量。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on glaucoma patients'compliance with medical behavior.Methods 106 patients with glaucoma admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing intervention.The comprehensive nursing intervention group was given comprehensive nursing interventions on the basis of the treatment of the routine nursing group.The satisfaction of the two groups was compared.The compliance rate,medication compliance rate,self-care compliance rate;SAS scale score,QOL score,visual field average defect degree,intraocular pressure monitoring value,visual acuity evaluation value and the incidence of adverse reactions in glaucoma treatment were regularly reviewed and compared before and after treatment.Results The satisfaction,SAS scale score,QOL score,visual field average defect degree,intraocular pressure monitoring value,visual acuity evaluation value,glaucoma treatment regular review compliance rate,medication compliance rate,self-care compliance,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the comprehensive nursing intervention group were superior to those of the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for glaucoma patients is effective,which can improve the patient's regular review of compliance rate,medication compliance rate,self-care compliance rate,improve patients'intraocular pressure and vision,and reduce their psychological barriers and improve the quality of survival.
