摘要
目的探讨主动脉球囊反搏术在高危冠心病中的临床应用价值。方法选取2016年1~7月期间在我院心内科住院的60例高危冠心病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,两组均行介入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予主动脉球囊反搏术。观察比较两组患者的手术时间、呼吸机辅助呼吸时间、ICU住院时间以及术中转体外循环、恶性心律失常、心源性休克、猝死、血小板减少等并发症发生情况。结果(1)观察组手术时间、呼吸机辅助呼吸时间、ICU住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)观察组术中转体外循环、恶性心律失常、心源性休克、猝死、血小板减少的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高危冠心病患者介入治疗时辅助应用主动脉球囊反搏术可提高临床疗效,减少并发症的发生,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of intra-aortic balloon pump(IABP)in high-risk coronary heart disease.Methods A total of sixty high-risk coronary heart disease patients admitted in the department of cardiology in our hospital from January to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received interventional therapy;the observation group was treated using IABP on the basis of the control group.The operation time,respiratory-assisted breathing time,intensive care unit(ICU)stay length,and the conversion to extracorporeal circulation,malignant arrhythmia,cardiogenic shock,sudden death,thrombocytopenia and other complications during operation were observed and compared between the two groups.Results(1)The operation time,respiratory-assisted breathing time,and ICU stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The incidences of conversion to extracorporeal circulation,malignant arrhythmia,cardiogenic shock,sudden death,and thrombocytopenia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of IABP in the interventional treatment of high-risk patients with coronary heart disease can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
