摘要
为了提高基于滑移网格法对旋臂水池试验的仿真精度,以SUBOFF标模为计算对象,对计算域大小、边界层网格厚度、湍流模式、雷诺数等对仿真的影响进行计算对比,发现内部旋转计算域纵向与艇高,外部计算域纵向与艇体距离及计算域大小对计算结果的影响规律。采用realizable k-ε和SST k-ω湍流模式得到的结果相差较小,前者与试验结果更为符合。应用本文方法得到的模拟结果与试验值的误差基本在30%以内,说明数值方法可用于初期方案预选。
For the purpose of improving accuracy of rotating arm pool simulation,taking the SUBOFF model as the calculation object,the influence of the calculation domain size,boundary layer thickness,turbulence mode and Reynolds number on the simulation was calculated and compared.It was found that the boundary area is enough when the inner ring cross section diameter is more than twice body height and the outer ring cross section diameter is more than twice body length.The realizable k-εand SST k-ωcause little difference on simulation results.The former accords with experiment better.By selected simulation method,simulation error with experiment is less than30%,so that the numerical method can be used in the preliminary scheme pre-selection.
