摘要
在现有环保工作中,水体重金属污染是社会关注的主要问题,水中金属离子难以降解,会导致水体污染。若长时间饮用受重金属污染的地下水,会对人们的中枢神经、血液、肾脏等方面造成严重影响。所以,要对水中重金属检测方法进行分析和研究,了解水中重金属的污染情况。本文采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定地下水中的铅元素,优化仪器条件和基体改进剂,使用外标法计算铅的含量,相对于传统检测方法,测试结果的准确度较高。
In the current environmental protection work,metal pollution of water and heavy metals is a major problem of social concern,and metal ions in water are difficult to degrade,which will cause water pollution.If drinking groundwater contaminated with heavy metals for a long time,it will seriously affect people’s central nervous,blood,kidney and other aspects.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the detection methods of heavy metals in water to understand the pollution of heavy metals in water.In this paper,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer is used to determine the lead in groundwater,the instrument conditions and matrix modifiers are optimized,the external standard method is used to calculate the lead content,compared with traditional detection methods,the accuracy of the test results is higher.
