非洲猪瘟流行病学与媒介钝蜱研究进展 被引量:11

RESEARCH PROGRESS OF ORNITHODOROS TICKS RELATED TO THE EPIDEMIOLOGY OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER VIRUS

摘要 非洲猪瘟是由非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)引起的烈性动物传染病,是全球养猪业的头号杀手。ASFV的宿主包括非洲疣猪、野猪、家猪及钝蜱。其中,钝蜱对于ASFV在自然界的维持以及向家猪群体扩散起着重要作用。本文就全球范围内非洲猪瘟流行病学及参与非洲猪瘟传播和维持的钝蜱媒介种类进行了深度辨析,介绍ASFV的主要媒介仔猪钝蜱和摩洛钝蜱并综述全球范围内的非洲猪瘟潜在宿主和媒介软蜱种类,为我国非洲猪瘟的防控提供理论参考。 African swine fever(ASF),caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV),has become a devastating disease and posed a major threat to global pig industry.The reservoir hosts of ASFV include warthog,wild boar,domestic pig and Ornithodoros soft ticks,of them Ornithodoros ticks served as competence vectors in the process of maintenance,transmission and spillover of ASFV to susceptible domestic pigs.In order to provide a theoretical reference for prevention and control of ASF in China,the global epidemiology of ASF and the species of Ornithodoros tick vector involved in transmission and maintenance of ASF were deeply analyzed,the major vectors of ASFV Ornithodoros porcinus and Ornithodoros marocanus were recommended,and the potential host and vector species of ASF worldwide were summarized in present paper.
