摘要
本研究调查奥林匹克森林公园内淡色库蚊的时空分布特征,并分析淡色库蚊与环境因素的关系。研究中使用二氧化碳诱蚊灯法监测7、8、9月奥森公园内淡色库蚊密度,并应用遥感与地理信息分析技术分析蚊虫群落与环境的关系。结果显示,奥森公园淡色库蚊在8月是一个密度低谷期,这与北京市全市蚊虫群落动态明显不同。另外,在奥森公园中,湿地环境中的淡色库蚊密度高于其他环境,湿地是奥森公园中蚊虫孳生的一个重要环境。最后,植被相关因素(水生植被-GW和植被指数-NDVI)是影响淡色库蚊的重要环境因素,400与200 m是这些环境因素影响淡色库蚊种群密度的2个敏感距离。线性回归分析表明采样点400 m缓冲距离内水生植被的面积(GW400)是与淡色库蚊种群密度线性回归的重要环境因素。本研究结果可以为在奥森公园及相似绿化景观内采取合理的环境防制措施来降低成蚊虫对人群的叮咬与传病的风险提供科学指导。
The spatial-temporary characters of Culex pipiens pallens were investigated in Beijing Olympic Forest Park(BOFP)with its related environmental factors.The population density of Cx.pipiens pallens in BOFP was monitored with CO 2 mosquito traps during July to September,and the related environmental factors were also analyzed based on remote sensing data and geographic information system.The lower population density of Cx.pipiens pallens in the park presented in August during the surveyed season,showing great difference with that of whole city of Beijing.The wetlands in BOFP appeared to be the dominant breeding sites of the species.The vegetation related environmental factors,such as the grassland area,waterbody(GW)area and normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),affected the population density of Cx.pipiens pallens significantly.In the areas with a radius of 400 m,the wetland areas and vegetation index were found close correlated with the population density of Cx.pipiens pallens.While in the areas with a radius of 200 m,the most correlated factor is shown as the areas of wetlands.The aquatic vegetation areas with a radius of 400 m responded for the population density of Cx.pipiens pallens in the stimulated linear regression model.The spatial-temporary pattern of Cx.pipiens pallens in BOFP may provide a scientific guidance with reasonable environmental control measures to reduce the bites of the mosquito and potential mosquito borne diseases.
