摘要
酸气泄漏是元坝高含硫气田开采过程中把控的重点,酸气泄漏之后需要立即隔离,对泄漏部位进行泄压处置,为保障法兰堵漏作业过程中的人身安全及维护场站生产运行,减少因法兰密封件失效发生渗漏以及泄漏时需关停井处理的频次,或者金属管道四孔法兰需要进行等电位线跨接时避免易燃、易爆、剧毒性的高含硫天然气泄漏带来安全风险,本堵漏技术研究提出一种适用于高含硫气田金属管道法兰泄漏的堵漏工具,该工具能够有效使泄漏部位或者是可能出现泄漏的部位阻止含硫天然气泄漏,减少因此类问题引起的关停井,保障气井正常生产,减少产量损失。
Acid gas leakage is the key point of control in the production process of Yuanba high sulfur gas field,which needs to be isolated immediately after leakage,In order to ensure the personal safety in the process of flange plugging operation and maintain the production and operation of the station,pressure relief treatment shall be carried out for the leakage part,Reduce the frequency of leakage due to flange seal failure and the need to shut down the well in case of leakage,or avoid the safety risks caused by flammable,explosive and highly toxic leakage of high sulfur natural gas when the four hole flange of metal pipeline needs to carry out equipotential wire bridging,In this paper,a plugging tool for flange leakage of metal pipeline in high sulfur gas field is proposed,The tool can effectively prevent the leakage of sulfur-containing natural gas at the leakage position or possible leakage position,Reduce shut in caused by such problems,ensure normal production of gas wells,and reduce production loss.
