甘草饮片与甘草配方颗粒在四逆汤中减毒作用比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较甘草饮片与甘草配方颗粒在四逆汤中对附子减毒作用效果的异同。方法40只小鼠随机分为传统汤剂组、去甘草传统汤剂组、配方颗粒剂组、去甘草配方颗粒剂组和空白对照组,每组8只。各组药材提取液的最终质量浓度均为0.5 g/mL,根据小鼠体质量按0.2 mL/10 g灌胃给药,每日1次,连续7 d;记录每日灌胃前的体质量,第1、4、7天灌胃前的肛温,观察各组小鼠灌胃前后的行为活动、粪便、体质量等。末日采集血清测量LDH、AST水平。结果配方颗粒剂组小鼠的AST显著高于空白对照组和去甘草传统汤剂组(P<0.05),LDH值则极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01)。结论在高剂量的四逆汤给药情况下,四逆汤配方颗粒剂服用后对心肌细胞造成的缺血损伤要强于传统汤剂,提示传统汤剂的用药方式可能更利于降低附子的毒性,值得进一步研究。 Objective To compare the detoxification effects of Glycyrrhiza decoction slices and Glycyrrhiza formula granules in Sini decoction.Methods 40 mice were randomly divided into the traditional group,traditional group without Glycyrrhiza,formula granule group,formula granule group without Glycyrrhiza and the blank control group.The final mass concentration of each group s herbal extract was 0.5 g/mL,which was administrated by gavage according to the body weight of mice at 0.2 mL/10 g once a day for 7 days.The body mass before daily gavage,the anal temperature before the first,fourth and seventh days of gavage were recorded.The behavior,feces and body mass of mice in each group before and after gavage were observed.The levels of serum LDH and AST were measured.Results The level of AST in the formula granule group was significantly higher than that of the blank control group and the traditional group without Glycyrrhiza(P<0.05),while the LDH level of the formula granule group was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.01).Conclusion In the case of high dose of Sini decoction,the ischemic injury of myocardial cells caused by Sini decoction granules is stronger than that of traditional decoction,suggesting that the traditional decoction may be more conducive to reduce the toxicity of aconite.
