摘要
随着教育系统内部审计工作环境的变化,构建一个教育系统内部审计平台,实现审计信息化势在必行。首先分析教育系统内部审计信息化建设的必要性,提出教育系统内部审计工作信息化建设中存在的问题;接着以浙江省教育审计办公管理平台的构建为例,结合浙江省深化“最多跑一次”改革需要,从平台建设目标、建设内容、系统框架、知识库建设等出发,深入探讨教育系统内部审计信息化的路径、方法和策略;最后总结浙江省教育系统内部审计信息化建设的成果与经验,为推动教育系统内部审计工作信息化建设提供浙江样本。
With the significant changes in the working environment of internal audit of education system,it is imperative to build an internal audit platform of education system and to realize audit informatization.This paper first analyzed the necessity of strengthening the informatization construction of internal audit of education system,and then put forward problems afflicting this informatization construction.Then,taking construction of Zhejiang education audit office management platform as an example,in combination with the imperative for deepening the reform of“one-stop service model”in Zhejiang,this paper discussed path,method and strategy of internal audit informatization of educational system from construction objectives,construction contents,system framework and knowledge base construction,etc.Finally,it shared achievements and experience of construction of internal audit informatization of educational system in Zhejiang Province,which provides Zhejiang samples for promoting construction of internal audit informatization of educational system.
