摘要
针对矿山车辆远程监控的需求,设计了一款基于飞思卡尔MC9S12XET256MAG单片机的车载终端。该终端结合了GPS定位、CAN总线网络以及GPRS通信技术,通过分析矿山用车载终端实际需求,实现了实时传输车辆的GPS数据、车辆的实时速度、车辆电池电压、车辆电机状态与车辆运行数据,同时也包括车辆的驻车充电数据,实现对矿山车的远程监控功能。测试结果表明,该终端能够满足车辆远程监控需求,且运行稳定,应用前景广阔。
Aiming at the demand of remote monitoring of mine car, this paper designs a vehicle mounted terminal with Freescale MC9S12XET256 MAG MCU. The terminal combines GPS positioning, CAN bus network and GPRS communication technology. By analyzing the actual demand of the mine car, the terminal realizes the transmission of the real-time data of GPS, speed, battery voltage, motor status, and traveling, as well as the charging data of the car, to realize the remote monitoring function of mine car.The test results show that the terminal can meet the remote monitoring requirement of the mine car, and the system is stable and the application prospect is broad.
