摘要
新常态下高职院校的发展面临着更多的机遇也伴随着新的挑战,要做到更好的可持续发展,高职教育培养目标的改变势在必行,走上"校企合作"的道路是一种趋势。校企合作一方面侧重于学生在校学习的质量和实践活动,另一方面又重视职业院校与企业实现资源共享,这种"双赢"模式有利于实现高职教育人才的培养。本文以广东工商职业技术大学工商管理系校企合作为例,分析目前高职院校校企合作必要性,同时结合我校校企合作的基本情况,并在相关其他调查研究的基础上,进一步提出高职校企合作模式存在的一些问题,有针对性地提出一些建设性的改进措施,从多维度对高职院校校企合作创新模式的深入发展提供一定的理论和实践依据。
Under the new normal,the development of higher vocational colleges is faced with more opportunities and new challenges. In order to achieve better sustainable development,it is imperative to change the training objectives of higher vocational education,and it is a trend to embark on the road of"school-enterprise cooperation". On the one hand,school enterprise cooperation focuses on the quality and practical activities of students’ study in school,on the other hand,it pays attention to the resource sharing between vocational colleges and enterprises. This"win-win"mode is conducive to the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education. This paper takes the school enterprise cooperation of the Business Administration Department of Guangdong Business and Technology University as an example,analyzes the necessity of the cooperation between the school and enterprise in higher vocational colleges at present,at the same time,combined with the basic situation of the cooperation between the school and enterprise in our university,and on the basis of other relevant investigations and researches,further puts forward some problems existing in the cooperation mode between the school and enterprise in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some constructive improvement measures from a multidimensional perspective. It provides certain theoretical and practical basis for the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation innovation mode in higher vocational colleges from multiple dimensions.
