摘要
高职院校班级管理是学生管理工作的重要环节,是决定学校稳定和发展的基本因素。大数据时代的班级管理迎来的全新的挑战,同时也蕴藏着大量机遇,面对环境的变化,班级管理者应当转变思维模式,革新教学方式,顺应大数据时代的环境特征,为学生建立起一套行之有效的数据分析体系,从而为学生提供更好的教育教学服务。
Class management in higher vocational colleges is an important part of student management,and it is the basic factor that determines the stability and development of the school. Class management in the era of big data is facing new challenges,but also contains a lot of opportunities. In the face of environmental changes,class managers should change their thinking mode,innovate their teaching methods,conform to the environmental characteristics of the era of big data,and establish an effective data analysis system for students,so as to provide better education and teaching services for students.
