超声萃取新疆皮里青煤及萃取物的红外光谱分析

摘要 采用超声萃取的方法,研究了新疆皮里青煤在甲醇、乙酸乙酯、乙醇和石油醚4种溶剂中的萃取率。结果表明,新疆皮里青煤在石油醚中几乎不溶,在乙酸乙酯中的萃取率较高。采用红外光谱分析萃取物的化学结构,发现乙酸乙酯萃取物主要为醇、酚、醚、芳烃、硝基、亚氨基、烷烃、烯烃、炔烃以及无机矿物质。同乙酸乙酯萃取物相比较,乙醇的萃取物中没有醚类和无机矿物,甲醇的萃取物中不含醚和芳烃。 With the ultrasonic extraction method,the extraction rate of Xinjiang Piliqing coal in the four solvents of methanol,ethyl acetate,ethanol and petroleum ether was studied.The results show that Xinjiang Piliqing coal is almost insoluble in petroleum ether,and its extraction rate is the highest in ethyl acetate.The final results of infrared spectrum(IR) show that ethyl acetate extract is mainly alcohol,phenol,ether,aromatic,nitro,imino group,alkanes,alkene,alkynes and inorganic minerals.Compared with ethyl acetate extract,ethanol extracts have no ether or inorganic minerals,the extract of methanol contains no ether and aromatic hydrocarbons.
