摘要
本文分析了动物布氏杆菌病试管凝集试验中的影响因素,具体包括血清样品的送检要求、稀释液的正确配制、试剂的正确保存与使用、试管准备、样品和稀释比例的确定、结果判定等方面内容,并阐述了注意事项,以期为布氏杆菌病的防治提供参考。
This article analyzed the influencing factors in experiment for test tube agglutination of brucellosis in animals,including the requirem-ents for the submission of serum samples,the correct preparation of dilutions,the correct storage and use of reagents,the preparation of test tubes,the determination of sample and dilution ratios,results judgment,and other aspects.The precautions were elaborated,in order to provide references for the prevention and treatment of brucellosis in animals.
