IAA及其运输载体PIN对库尔勒香梨萼片脱落与宿存影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前,我国库尔勒香梨栽培面积逐步增大,产量大幅度升高,脱萼果减少,果肉质地变硬,石细胞含量增多,可食比例减少,风味口感下降,品质明显下降,严重影响香梨的销售。影响库尔勒香梨果萼脱落或宿存的因素很多。本文主要从香梨萼片发育、生长素对香梨萼片脱落或宿存的影响以及从分子层面阐述生长素极性运输载体PIN蛋白和该蛋白如何调控生长素运输与脱落,对提高香梨果萼脱落率以及改善果实品质及外观有重要意义。 At present,the cultivation area of Korla fragrant pear in China is gradually increasing,the yield greatly increases,the flesh reduces,the flesh texture is hardened,the stone cell content increases,the edible proportion reduces,the flavor and taste reduce,and the quality significantly reduces,which seriously affects sales of fragrant pears.There are many factors that affect the sepal exfoliation or persistence of Korla fragrant pear.This article focused on the development of the fragrant pear sepals,the effects of auxin on the sepal exfoliation or persistence of the fragrant pear.Meanwhile,this paper expounded the auxin polar transport carrier PIN protein and how it regulated auxin transport and exfoliation from the molecular level,which was of great significance to increase the sepal exfoliation rate and improve the fruit quality and appearance.
