摘要
直升机甲板位于海洋平台上部位置,主体结构主要采用外伸桁架式支撑结构,主要是由组合梁、H型钢、加强筋板、无缝钢管、甲板板等结构焊接而成的刚性结构体.建造过程要严格控制各道工序,吊装运输过程要充分考虑直升机甲板的总体强度及节点连接的局部强度.依据国内某项目,具体分析了直升机甲板的建造总装过程.
The helicopter deck is located on the upper part of the offshore platform.The main structure is mainly an outrigger truss support structure,which is mainly a rigid structure welded by composite beams,H-beams,stiffener plates,seamless steel pipes,and deck plates.The construction process must strictly control each process,and the lifting and transportation process must fully consider the overall strength of the helicopter deck and the local strength of the joint connection.Based on a domestic project,this paper analyzes the construction process of helicopter deck.
