摘要
随着国六针对燃油排放的加严,解决加油蒸发排放已经迫在眉睫.目前,降低蒸发排放的措施主要有采用ORVR技术、增大碳罐的体积、加油排气接头改为加油控制阀,于是设计了燃油箱控制.设计的控制阀由浮子、排气孔、进液孔、密封盖、支撑架以及凸台等组成,提高了控制燃油排气质量.
With the increasing of fuel emission,it is urgent to solve the fuel evaporation emission.At present,the main measures to reduce the evaporation emissions are ORVR technology,the volume of carbon canister increases,and the connection of oil and exhaust gas is changed to the oil filling control valve.This paper designs the fuel tank control design.The designed control valve is composed of float,exhaust hole,liquid inlet hole,sealing cover,support frame,boss,etc.By using this method,the quality of controlling fuel exhaust is improved.
