师范专业认证背景下学前教育专业师范生培养途径研究 被引量:1

摘要 新时期师范生培养面临着前所未有的发展机遇和挑战,如何改善师范类专业认证目的和功能是缓解现有矛盾、确保未来从业人员达到相关质量要求的重要前提。教育大计,教师为本。学前教育专业教师培养工作是当前教育事业发展的重点问题,随着普通高等学校师范生招生规模逐步扩大,师范教育的专业化程度也呈现出参差不齐的情况。在此背景下,专业认证方法的出现有助于改善师范教育现状,切实提高师范生的培养效率和质量。本文基于师范专业认证背景,探索学前教育专业如何培养师范生,并提出具体的人才培养对策。 The cultivation of normal college students are facing unprecedented development opportunities and challenges in new period.How to improve the purpose and function of professional accreditation of normal colleges is the premise to ease the existing contradictions and to ensure future practitioners to meet relevant quality requirements.Teachers are the most important factor in education.Teachers'training for the major of preschool education has become a key issue in the current development of education.At present,the enrollment scale of normal college students is gradually expanding,the degree of specialization of normal education is also uneven.Based on this background,the emergence of professional certification methods is helpful to improve the current situation of normal education and the training efficiency and quality of normal college students.This article is based on the analysis under the background of teacher's professional certification,it is groping for how to train normal college students in preschool education major.The author puts forward specific talent training countermeasures.
