摘要
在市场经济条件下,追求经济效益是企业经济活动的根本出发点。企业要实现经济效益最大化,必须加强运营成本控制。在运营成本体系中,人力资源成本对公司效益有举足轻重的影响,因此,加强人力资源成本控制是提升企业获利水平和竞争力的关键点和突破口。从人力资源成本控制的角度入手,分析酒店人力资源成本控制环节存在的问题,寻求酒店人力资源成本控制的解决方案,有利于增强酒店集团的盈利能力和经济效益。
In the market economy,the pursuit of economic benefits is the fundamental starting point of enterprise economic activities.In order to maximize economic benefits,enterprises must strengthen operation cost control.In the operating cost system,human resource cost has a decisive impact on the company’s efficiency.Therefore,strengthening human resource cost control is the key point and breakthrough to promote the profitability and competitiveness of enterprises.This paper starts from the perspective of human resources cost control,analyzes the problems existing in the cost control of hotel human resources and seek the solution of hotel human resources cost control,so as to enhance the profitability and economic benefits of the hotel group.
