基于水系控制单元的山水林田湖草生态保护修复实践——以尤溪流域为例 被引量:11

摘要 实施山水林田湖草生态保护修复对维护流域生态环境安全具有重要意义。本研究以尤溪流域优质水资源保护和水质提升为总体目标,针对流域突出生态环境问题,基于水系控制单元构建水环境综合治理、环境质量改善、生境修复三大类生态保护修复工程体系,明确生态保护修复总体目标和绩效指标,提出湖库水环境综合整治、重点生态区位商品林赎买、坡耕地梯田改造、废弃矿山修复与地质灾害防治、提升流域生态监管等一系列措施,形成尤溪流域山水林田湖草一体化生态修复实践,为尤溪流域山水林田湖草系统治理和可持续发展提供科学依据。 The implementation of mountain-river-forest-farmland-lake-grass ecological protection and restoration is of great significance to the maintenance of ecological environment security in the basin.In this study,we took the protection of high quality water resources and the improvement of water quality of Youxi River Basin as the overall goal,aiming at the prominent ecological environment problems in the basin.Three types of ecological protection and restoration engineering systems,such as,comprehensive water environment management,environmental quality improvement and habitat restoration,were constructed based on the stream network control unit.Then,the overall goal and performance index of ecological protection and restoration were defined,and a series of measures were put forward,such as the comprehensive improvement of water environment of lake and reservoir,the redemption of commercial forest in key ecological locations,the transformation of terraced fields of sloping farmland,the restoration of abandoned mines,the prevention and control of geological disasters,and the improvement of ecological supervision of basin.Eventually,the integrated ecological restoration practice of mountain-river-forest-farmland-lake-grass in Youxi River Basin was formed,which provided scientific basis for the management and sustainable development.
