摘要
为了得出合理的辊式魔芋磨粉机吸料管结构,利用Pro/E建立了4种不同几何结构的吸料管三维模型,并结合FLUENT软件对每种吸料管内的空气和魔芋粉料气固两相流进行数值模拟,得到了其内部流体区域的压力云图和速度矢量云图。对比分析的结果表明,当入口直管段与弯曲段夹角为30°时,管内压力最小,速度矢量分布均匀平稳,物料流动对管道内磨损程度最低且产生的震动和噪音较轻。研究结果可为辊式魔芋磨粉机吸料管的结构设计提供参考。
In order to get a reasonable suction pipe structure of the roller type konjac mill,four kinds of three-dimensional suction pipe models with different geometry structure are established by using Pro/E.combined with FLUENT software,the air and konjac powder gas-solid two-phase flow in each suction pipe is simulated,and the pressure nephogram and velocity vector nephogram of the internal fluid area are obtained.The comparative analysis shows that when the inlet straight pipe section When the angle is 30°with the bending section,the pressure in the pipe is the minimum,the velocity vector distribution is uniform and stable,the material flow has the lowest wear degree in the pipe,and the vibration and noise generated are relatively light.The research results can provide a reference for the structural design of the suction pipe of the roller type konjac flour mill.
