摘要
白细胞介素35(IL-35)是IL-12家族中的最新成员。它是由p35和EBI3两个亚基组成的异二聚体。最初发现IL-35主要由Foxp3+调节性T细胞(Tregs)和CD8^+Tregs分泌,但近年来人们发现IL-35在很多肿瘤细胞中也有表达。研究还表明,肿瘤细胞分泌的IL-35通过增加血管生成和骨髓来源抑制细胞的募集,同时减少CD8^+T细胞的浸润,从而促进肿瘤的生长和转移。本文将总结IL-35的结构和生物学功能以及IL-35在不同类型肿瘤中的免疫调节作用。
Interleukin 35(IL-35)is the newest member of the IL-12 family.It is a heterodimer composed of two subunits,p35 and EBI3.It was first found that IL-35 was mainly secreted by Foxp3+regulatory T cells(Tregs)and CD8^+Tregs,but recently it has been found that IL-35 is also expressed in many tumor cells.It has also been shown that IL-35 secreted by tumor cells can promote the growth and metastasis of tumors by increasing angiogenesis and myeloid-derived suppressor cells recruitment,while reducing the infiltration of CD8^+T cells.This article will summarize the structural and biological function and the immunomodulatory effect of IL-35 in different types of tumors.
