摘要
目的探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗青春期功血及对患者内分泌功能的影响。方法将74例青春期功血患者分为对照组(37例,性激素治疗)和观察组(37例,去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的完全止血时间短于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,月经恢复率及治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的P、E2、FSH及LH水平均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗青春期功血的效果显著且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding and its influence on patients'endocrine function.Methods A total of 74 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into control group(37 cases,sexual hormone treatment)and observation group(37 cases,desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The complete hemostasis time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the menstrual recovery rate and total effective rate of treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of P,E2,FSH and LH in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets have a significant effect and high safety in treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
