摘要
以高温热解法制备的纳米ZnO为底物,掺杂稀土元素Ce制备纳米材料Ce-ZnO,采用X-射线衍射分析(XRD)和能谱分析(EDS)表征材料的结构特征和元素组成。以罗丹明B(RhB)染料为单一污水体系,研究Ce-ZnO光催化降解RhB染料效果。XRD分析结果显示纳米材料Ce-ZnO具有六方晶系纤锌矿型结构特征衍射峰,且出现与CeO2相关的衍射峰。EDS分析确定Ce-ZnO中Ce和Zn元素质量比为1∶23.88。Ce-ZnO光催化降解RhB按照一级动力学反应进行,其中在自然光下的一级动力学常数k1为0.0398,大于紫外光下的一级动力学常数0.0240,说明掺杂稀土元素Ce能有效提高纳米ZnO在自然光下催化降解RhB。
Ce-doped nano ZnO nanomaterials were prepared by doping rare earth element Ce with nano-ZnO which prepared by pyrolysis at high temperature,and the structural characteristics and element composition of the materials was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The effects of Photocatalytic Degradation of Dye RhB Catalyzed by Ce-ZnO was researched in Rhodamine B(RhB)dye as a single sewage system.The result of phase analysis of xray diffraction indicated that the Ce-ZnO catalyst has six crystal wurtzite type structure characteristic diffraction peak and had a diffraction peak of CeO2.The result of energy spectrum showed that the mass ratio of Ce and Zn is 1∶23.88.Photocatalytic degradation of RhB by Ce-ZnO followed the first-orderkinetics,In natural light,the apparent rate constant of RhB degradation catalyzed by nano-material Ce-ZnO is 0.0398,which is greater than the apparent rate constant under ultraviolet light(0.0240).It indicated that doping rare earth element Ce could effectively improve the catalytic degradation of RhB by nano-ZnO under natural light.
