摘要
工程设计能力是制药工程专业的基本素养。基于"螺旋式"教学理念,依托形象的仿真实验,设置工艺流程设计、设备设计、车间设计和生产组织管理四个循序渐进和反复应用的教学环节,采用翻转课堂、教师引导、小组合作、角色扮演多样化教学方法,提升知识的深度和广度,最终达成工程设计能力培养目标。学生的良好学习感受及在全国大学生制药工程设计竞赛中多次获奖证实"螺旋式上升"教学模式的有效性,可借鉴用于同类课程的教学设计。
Engineering design capability is the basic literacy for Pharmaceutical Engineering. Based on the "spiral"teaching idea,depending on visual simulation experiment software,four progressive teaching stages were designed to repeatedly applying knowledge,i. e.,technology design,equipment design,plant design,production organization and management. Diversified teaching methods,such as flipped classroom,teacher’s guidance,group collaboration,role play,were adopted to promote the depth and width of knowledge. The cultivation goal of engineering design capability was achieved. Good learning experience of students and awards in National College Students Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Competition confirmed the effectiveness of this teaching mode. In conclusion,this "spiral escalation"teaching mode should be a reference to teaching design of similar courses.
