摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术在子宫肌瘤患者中的临床效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法:选取2012年3月至2016年4月期间江苏徐州中心医院收治的子宫肌瘤患者104例,依据治疗方式的不同分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者实施经腹子宫肌瘤剔除手术治疗,研究组患者实施腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除手术治疗。结果:研究组患者的腹胀、腹痛、切口感染、尿频等并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);对患者进行1年时间的随访后,研究组患者的子宫肌瘤残留率、复发率、症状无好转率与对照组均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:针对子宫肌瘤患者实施腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗,手术效果更加安全有效,值得推广和应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in patients with uterine fibroids and its influence on the incidence of complications.Methods:104 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to April 2016 were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods.Patients in control group were treated with transabdominal myomectomy.Patients in study group were treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.Results:The incidence of abdominal distention,abdominal pain,incision infection and frequent urination in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after one year follow-up,the residual rate,recurrence rate and symptom improvement rate of uterine fibroids in the study group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of uterine fibroids.It is worth popularizing and applying.
