粤西中小学体育教师职业幸福感的提升——基于粤西3位体育教师的叙事研究 被引量:5

摘要 对粤西地区体育教师职业幸福感进行研究,有利于促进粤西地区体育教师专业发展,整体提高广东省体育教师素质,加快发展广东省教育事业。通过问卷调查和个案分析,对粤西体育教师职业幸福感的现状和影响因素进行研究,得出以下结论:职业信念是提升粤西体育教师职业幸福感的原动力,学习是提升粤西体育教师职业幸福感的持续动力,团队力量是提升粤西体育教师职业幸福感的助推力。由此提出重视体育师范生的职业价值观教育,加强体育教师学习领域的研究,建立多元化有效的体育教师团队的建议。 Studying PE teachers’career happiness in Western Guangdong is important to promoting the professional development of its PE teachers,strengthening the overall quality of PE teachers and speeding up the development of education in Guangdong province.By analyzing the current state and influence factors of PE teachers’career happiness in Western Guangdong through questionnaire survey and case study,the following results have been achieved:to improve PE teachers’career happiness in Western Guangdong,professional belief is the source power,learning the sustainable power and excellent team the auxiliary force.Accordingly,the following suggestions are put forward:to attach importance to the career value education of PE majors,increase research on the learning of PE teachers,build diversified and effective PE teacher teams.
