摘要
以PEG2000为软段,IPDI和BDO为硬段,合成了一系列不同软段含量的水性聚氨酯相变储能材料(WPUPCM)。利用红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪等研究了WPUPCM的结构特征、相变行为及热稳定性等。结果表明:制备的WPUPCM具备适宜的相变温度,较大的相变潜热,良好的热稳定性,呈固-固相变。用制备的相变材料整理织物,对纯棉织物的手感略有影响,白度并无太大变化,织物仍然具备较好的透气性能,并且水洗后仍能保留较好的调温性能。
A series of polyurethane phase change energy storage materials(WPUPCM) with different soft segment content are synthesized with PEG 2000 as soft segment and IPDI/BDO as hard segments.The structural characteristics, phase transition behavior and thermal stability of WPUPCM are studied by infrared spectrometer, differential scanning calorimeter and thermogravimetric analyzer. The results show that the WPUPCM has suitable phase transition temperature, high phase change latent heat,good thermal stability and solid-solid phase transition. The WPUPCM exerts little negative influence on the hand feeling and whiteness of the cotton fabric, the fabric still has good gas permeability, and the temperature regulation property is durable after washing.
