摘要
随着我市远程医疗蓬勃发展的同时,一些服务模式、管理体系以及医疗责任认定等问题也逐渐凸显出来,成为本地区远程医疗规范、有序发展的主要瓶颈。本文概括了远程医疗的概念及其国内外发展现状,并对青岛市远程医疗发展及应用现状进行分析,分别对服务价格不明确、未纳入医保支付、设备重复投入浪费、法律法规不完善、使用率低等问题提出了解决对策,最后对远程医疗未来的发展方向提出了参考意见。
With the vigorous development of telemedicine in our city,some service models,management systems,and medical responsibility identification have gradually become prominent,becoming the main bottleneck for the normative and orderly development of telemedicine in the region.This article summarizes the concept of telemedicine and its current development status at home and abroad,and analyzes the development and application of telemedicine in Qingdao.The prices of services are not clear,they are not included in medical insurance payment,the equipment is repeatedly invested and wasted,laws and regulations are not perfect,and use problems such as low rates have proposed solutions,and finally put forward reference opinions on the future development direction of telemedicine.
