摘要
膈疝为食管癌手术后少见但较严重的并发症,一般发生在手术切口同侧胸腔。本文报道了1例膈疝发生在切口对侧胸腔的病例,并分析了原因。
Diaphragmatic hernia is a rare but serious complication after esophagectomy.It usually occurs in the ipsilateral thoracic cavity of the operation.In this article,we report a case of diaphragmatic hernia in the thorax on the opposite side of the incision and analyze the cause.
