摘要
目的:分析针对性饮食指导对改善维持性血液透析(MHD)患者营养状况和炎症状态的临床效果。方法:2017年2月-2018年2月收治MHD患者60例,随机分为两组。两组患者均给予常规性透析护理;研究组接受针对性饮食指导;对照组采用普通饮食。比较两组营养状况和炎症状态。结果:两组护理后体重、肱三头肌皮肤褶皱厚度(TSF)、内脏白蛋白(ALB)等指标水平均有所增加,且研究组增加幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等炎症指标水平均显著降低,且研究组降低幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对比普通饮食指导,采取针对性饮食指导,有助于改善MHD患者营养状况和炎症状态。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of targeted diet guidance on improving nutritional status and inflammatory status of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods:From February 2017 to February 2018,60 MHD patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were given routine dialysis care;the study group received targeted diet guidance;the control group received general diet.We compared the nutritional status and inflammatory status of the two groups.Results:After nursing,the body weight,triceps brachii skin fold thickness(TSF),ALB and other indicators of the two groups were increased,and the increase of the research group was greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing care,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the decrease range of the study group was larger than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with general diet guidance,targeted diet guidance can improve the nutritional status and inflammatory status of MHD patients.
