摘要
目的:观察放射影像技术在小儿气管支气管异物诊断中的应用效果。方法:2013年3月-2020年2月收治气管支气管异物患儿60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组应用X线检查;试验组应用DR检查。比较两组异物检出率、肺炎检出率、肺气肿检出率、纵膈位置改变检出率、支气管阻塞检出率、肺不张检出率。结果:两组肺不张检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组异物检出率、肺炎检出率、肺气肿检出率、纵膈位置改变检出率、支气管阻塞检出率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DR检查技术在小儿气管支气管异物诊断中的应用效果明显高于X线检查。
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of radiology in the diagnosis of tracheobronchial foreign bodies in children.Methods:From March 2013 to February 2020,60 cases of tracheobronchial foreign bodies were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group used X-ray examination.The experimental group used DR examination.The foreign body detection rate,pneumonia detection rate,emphysema detection rate,mediastinum position change detection rate,bronchial obstruction detection rate and atelectasis detection rate of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the detection rate of atelectasis(P>0.05).The detection rate of foreign body,pneumonia,emphysema,mediastinum position change and bronchial obstruction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of DR examination in the diagnosis of foreign bodies in tracheobronchial in children is better than that of X-ray.
