摘要
目的探究消毒供应中心的质量管理对控制医院感染的重要性。方法本院消毒供应中心于2017年2月至2017年8月采用传统管理模式进行管理,以此管理模式下所得的数据为对照组,在2017年9月至2018年2月对消毒供应中心采用质量管理的模式进行管理,以该管理模式下所得的数据为观察组,对比两组对控制医院感染的效果。结果观察组患者感染的概率为2.00%,明显低于对照组的14.00%(P<0.05);观察组医疗器械清洁度合格率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,观察组一次性无菌用品及灭菌包的合格率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,观察组下送车清洁度的合格率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的0%,观察组消毒控制中心环境的总评分为97.52分,明显高于对照组的84.23分(P<0.05),观察组工作人员综合工作情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对医院消毒供应中心进行实践创新管理模式,可以有效控制医院流感的发生,具有推广价值。
Objective To explore the importance of quality management in Disinfection Supply Center for controlling hospital infection.Methods The disinfection supply center of our hospital was managed by the traditional management mode from February 2017 to August 2017.The data obtained under this management mode were used as the control group,and the quality management mode was used to manage the disinfection supply center from September 2017 to February 2018.The data obtained under this management mode were used as the observation group.To compare the effect of two groups on controlling hospital infection.Results The probability of infection in the observation group was 2%,which was lower than 14%in the control group(P<0.05).The qualifi ed rate of cleaning medical instruments in the observation group was 100%,which was signifi cantly higher than 83.33%in the control group.The qualifi ed rate of disposable sterile articles and sterilization packages in the observation group was 96.67%,which was signifi cantly higher than 80%in the control group.The qualifi ed rate of cleanliness was 100%,which was signifi cantly higher than 0%of the control group.The total environmental score of the observation group was 97.52,which was signifi cantly higher than 84.23 of the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive working condition of the observation group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The practice of innovative management mode in hospital disinfection supply center can effectively control the occurrence of hospital infl uenza,and has the value of promotion.
