摘要
目的研究急性胰腺炎采用多学科营养护理干预的实施效果。方法分析研究我院收治的77例急性胰腺炎患者,按照简单数字原则分为对照组37例(常规护理)与观察组40例(常规护理联合多学科护理干预),比较不同护理模式应用后效果。结果观察组护理干预后的腹痛缓解时间、住院时间、淀粉酶复常时间少于对照组(P<0.05),APACHEⅡ、SAS评分、SF-36评分、总蛋白、血红蛋白、pH水平改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性胰腺炎经多学科营养护理干预,可显著改善症状、营养学指标,可广泛开展于临床中。
Objective To study the effect of multi-disciplinary nutritional nursing intervention in acute pancreatitis. Methods Seventy-seven patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital were analyzed according to the simple numerical principle. 37 patients in the control group(conventional nursing) and 40 patients in the observation group(conventional nursing combined with multidisciplinary nursing intervention) were compared. Results The time of abdominal pain relief, hospitalization time and amylase recovery time in the observation group were less than that in the control group(P<0.05), APACHE Ⅱ, SAS score, SF-36 score, total protein, hemoglobin and pH level improvement effect. Compared with the control group(P<0.05), the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Acute pancreatitis can significantly improve symptoms and nutritional indicators through multi-disciplinary nutritional nursing intervention, which can be widely carried out in clinical practice.
