摘要
目的研究细节管理联合心理护理应用在高血压疾病患者当中进行临床护理所取得的效果,以方便为临床的干预工作提供有价值的依据。方法选择2018年6月至2019年3月收治的高血压病症患者38例为观察组,另外选择同期来我院进行治疗的38例高血压患者作为对照组,确保两组患者临床资料基本一致。观察组患者通过细节管理联合心理护理进行干预指导,对照组患者常规进行护理,比较两组患者不同护理条件下的护理效果。结果对两组患者血压控制有效率进行比较,观察组有效控制35例,血压控制有效率为92.11%,对照组血压控制24例,控制总有效率为63.16%,观察组血压控制有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不安全事件2例,占5.26%,对照组出现不安全事件8例,占21.05%,观察组明显低于对照组,P<0.05,存在统计学差异;观察组患者的SAS评分为(35.41±5.42)分,对照组为(55.72±7.29)分,P<0.05;对两组患者的收缩压和舒张压情况进行比较,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,存在统计学差异。结论对于高血压疾病患者在进行临床护理的时候,通过细节管理联合心理护理的应用可以有效的控制患者的血压有效率,稳定患者的血压水平,降低不安全事件的发生率,改善患者的不良心态,值得推广。
Objective To improve the nursing effect of joint management and psychological care on patients with hypertension.Methods From June 2018 to March 2019,38 patients with hypertension in our hospital were treated as observation group,and another 38 patients were selected as control group.The details management combined with psychological nursing and routine nursing were used to compare the nursing effects.Results The observation group effectively controlled 35 cases,accounting for 92.11%,and the control group effectively controlled 24 cases,accounting for 63.16%,P<0.05;2 cases of unsafe events in the observation group,accounting for 5.26%,and 8 cases of unsafe events in the control group,accounting for 21.05%.The observation group was signifi cantly lower than the control group,P<0.05,there was statistical difference;the SAS score of the observation group was(35.41±5.42)points,and the control group was(55.72±7.29)points,P<0.05;The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were compared.The observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,and there was statistical difference.Conclusion Detail management combined with psychological care can improve the condition of patients with hypertension.
