摘要
目的分析门诊宫腔镜检查及治疗患者围手术期护理。方法选取于2017年8月至2018年9月本院妇科门诊部所收治宫腔镜的检查与手术治疗的患者100例为研究对象,以实际就诊的顺序为主,将该100例患者平均分成两个小组,每个小组均50例患者。实验组实施有针对性的护理服务路径,参照组则为基础护理服务路径。分析两组效果。结果与参照组相比,实验组患者的依从性指标评分,护理服务的满意程度指标评分,沟通水平、操作水平、服务态度等护理服务质量各项指标评分,在接受护理服务后期的焦虑情绪指标评分,均略占一定应用优势,组间的数据对比有统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论对于门诊需接受宫腔镜的检查与手术治疗的患者,实施有针对性的护理服务路径,能提升患者的依从性及护理服务的满意程度,护理服务质量极佳,且能够改善患者焦虑情绪,有助于门诊的宫腔镜各项检查与手术治疗的护理工作高效进展。
Objective Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Care of Outpatient Hysteroscopy Examination and Treatment.Method 100 cases of hysteroscopy examination and surgical treatment in our gynecological outpatient department from August 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects.The 100 cases were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The experimental group carried out targeted nursing service path,while the reference group carried out basic nursing service path.The effects of the two groups were analyzed.Result Compared with the reference group,the scores of compliance index,satisfaction index,communication level,operation level,service attitude and other indicators of nursing service quality in the experimental group were slightly superior to those in the later stage of receiving nursing service.The data comparison between the two groups showed statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients who need hysteroscopy examination and surgical treatment in outpatient clinic,the implementation of targeted nursing service path can improve patient compliance and satisfaction with nursing service,the quality of nursing service is excellent,and can improve patients'anxiety,which is conducive to the effi cient progress of hysteroscopy examination and surgical treatment in outpatient clinic.
