摘要
目的探讨健脾活血利水汤治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水的临床疗效、安全性,以及对肝功能的影响。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月于我院治疗的乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者104例,以随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各52例。两组均采用常规西药方案治疗,研究组在此基础上应用健脾活血利水汤治疗。评价两组乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水的临床疗效、治疗前后肝功能指标的变化,并观察治疗期间的药物不良反应。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组82.69%(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组AST、ALT、TBil低于对照组同期(P<0.05),ALB高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论健脾活血利水汤治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水疗效确切,能够有效改善患者的肝功能,且无明显的药物不良反应,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huoxue Lishui Decoction on ascites due to hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods 104 patients with ascites due to hepatitis B cirrhosis treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into control group and research group with 52 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine western medicine,and the research group was treated with Jianpi Huoxue Lishui Decoction on this basis.To evaluate the clinical effi cacy of ascites due to hepatitis B cirrhosis,changes of liver function indexes before and after treatment,and adverse drug reactions.Results The total effective rate of the study group was96.15%,higher than 82.69%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,AST,ALT and TBil in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and ALB was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse drug reactions during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion Jianpi Huoxue Lishui Decoction is effective in the treatment of ascites due to hepatitis B cirrhosis.It can effectively improve the liver function of patients without obvious adverse drug reactions.
