摘要
针对壁面热电阻标定用水冷板表面温度均匀性不满足计量检测标准这一问题,本文采用CFD仿真,研究了影响水冷板表面温度均匀性的主要因素。首先,建立了水冷板的仿真模型,并通过实验验证了仿真模型的可靠性;然后,利用数值模拟方法分析了进口流速及结构参数对水冷板表面温度场的影响。结果表明:当入口流速由0.08 m/s增至0.32 m/s,表面最大温差下降0.6℃;改变水冷板进出口位置能有效改变水冷板表面温度均匀性,其中在四边角设置进口,中间区域设置出口,所得到的水冷板表面最大温差为0.41℃,温度均匀性最佳;此外,通过增大肋片长度或减小肋片高度也能一定程度提升水冷板表面温度的均匀性。
CFD simulation technology is applied to study the surface temperature uniformity of the water-cooled plate which is used in calibration or verification.Firstly,the CFD simulation model is proposed and its reliability is verified by experiments.Considering a variety of factors that can affect the uniformity of water-cooled plate,the temperature field of water-cooled plate in different inlet flow rate and structural parameters is simulated.The results show that the maximum surface temperature difference decreases by 0.6℃when the inlet velocity increases from 0.08 m/s to 0.32 m/s.The inlet and outlet position of the water-cooled plate can effectively affect the temperature uniformity.The surface temperature uniformity is optimal when the inlet and outlet are arranged in the corner and middle of the plate,and the maximum temperature difference on the surface of the water-cooled plate is 0.41℃.In addition,increasing the length of the fins or reducing the height of the fins,the uniformity of the surface temperature of the water-cooled plate can be improved.
