摘要
对我国信用体系建设的发展背景、现状进行了阐述,提出信用信息源、信用评估规则和信用体系等三个概念。研究了信用分和奖励积分的联系与区别,介绍并分析了各行业信用体系建设案例,尝试构建图书馆行业信用分体系及书香分奖励体系,并以深圳市图书馆之城持证读者数据为基础进行合理性测试,以此促进对读者实施分众服务。
This paper expounds the development background and current situation of China s credit system construction,and puts forward three concepts:credit information source,credit evaluation rule and credit system.this paper studies the relationship and difference between credit score,and reward score introduces and analyzes various types of credit system construction cases.Based on the data of readers from the libraries of Shenzhen city,we tried to build the library credit system and book reward score system while the rationality test has been carried out,so as to promote the implementation of focus service for readers.
