摘要
为提高SWRH82B盘条表面氧化铁皮的剥离性,满足客户机械除鳞的要求,易于后续拉拔,本文对氧化铁皮的厚度,形成机理等进行了研究。在保证盘条各项性能的前提下,制定新的控冷工艺使得氧化铁皮厚度增加了8.5μm,氧化铁皮更易于剥离。同时采取有效措施,避免油污、锈蚀、磁化等损坏盘条氧化铁皮的剥离性。最终生产出化学成分,力学性能,金相组织,拉拔性能,氧化铁皮剥离性等指标良好的SWRH82B盘条,下游用户使用情况良好。
In order to improve the descaling property of oxide scale on the surface of the SWRH82B wire rod and meet the requirement of mechanical descaling for the customers,to make it easier to draw,the thickness and the formation mechanism of oxide scales were studied in this paper.Under the premise of ensuring the performance of the 82B wire rod,the new controlled cooling process makes the thickness of the oxide scale increased by 8.5μm,and the descaling property of oxide scale is better.Meanwhile,effective measures were taken to avoid oil pollution,rust,magnetization,which were bad to descaling property.Finally,the SWRH82B wire rod with good chemical composition,good mechanical properties,good microstructure,good drawing property,and good descaling property of oxide scale was produced.The quality meets the demand of customers.
