摘要
栝楼为多年生攀缘型草本植物,其干燥成熟的果实、果皮、种子、根(天花粉)均为上好的药材。该植物主要含有油脂和有机酸、甾醇、氨基酸及蛋白质、无机元素、三萜及其苷、黄酮、含氮化合物等化学成分,具有改善心血管、祛痰止咳、抗肿瘤、降血脂、降血糖、抗溃疡、抗菌等药理作用。本文对近年来有关栝楼各部位的化学成分及药理作用进行综述,为其后续研究提供参考。
Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim is a kind of perennial climbing herbs,and its fruit,rinds,seeds and root(Trichosanthis Radix)are all common traditional Chinese medicine.The plant mainly contains fatty oils and acids,sterols,amino acids and proteins,inorganic elements,triterpenoid saponins,flavonoids and nitrogen-containing compound etc.And it has various pharmacological actions of improving cardiovascular,eliminating phlegm and relieving cough,anti-cancer,lowering blood lipids,reducing blood sugar,anti-ulcer and antibacterial effects etc.In order to provide reference for the future study,this paper reviewed the recent research advances on chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of various parts of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.
